Amna Tariq-Buchholz brings over 20 years of North American leadership experience spanning Financial Services, Technology, and Corporate Consulting – including senior roles inside Fortune 500 environments and as Partner leading a practice at a scaling technology consulting firm.

Holding both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University, and trained in Project Management, People Change Management and Process Improvement, Amna applies rigorous systems thinking and engineering logic to the nuanced science of organizational behaviour – connecting what must happen structurally to what needs to happen humanly.

She has steered hundreds of large-scale, geographically distributed transformations from strategy to realized financial return, and is a published thought leader, speaker, and active member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), dedicated to evolving corporate delivery into the Leniter way: frictionless and human-centric.
